We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the entire Cox Engineering team.
Collaborates with teams across the company to develop branding messages.
Creates marketing collateral for internal and external purposes.
Assist the Sales & Construction teams to put together all necessary information for the “Request for Proposal Submissions.”
Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail and other multimedia outlets.
Develop and expand the company’s web presence through social media, email, web advertising and other online sources; promote our company brand through these channels.
Gathers all materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the industry such as literature or previously held marketing campaigns, analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communication techniques.
Maintain current knowledge of trends and new developments in the online marketing space.
Perform/Assist with other duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop and related software.
Confidence in creating and executing campaigns.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
Two to five years of related experience preferred.
Experience within the HVAC, Construction or Manufacturing industry preferred.
